Join Juliana & I for the first outdoor Train X of the season on The Greenway in Boston. This is part of a workout series open to everyone & free to attend!

TRAIN X is a half on-the-beat, half off-the-beat workout designed to push you to your edge. We warm up together and then move on to bodyweight HIIT sequences where you move at your own pace. We close out class back together on-the-beat to burn out glutes and core.
