about meHi! I’m Sarah. AKA Coastie!
I am a Boston-based yoga + fitness instructor with a passion for travel + transformation. I’ve been teaching since 2016 when I completed my Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training in San Diego & since then, I’ve also become certified in Power Yoga (E-RYT 500), Yin Yoga, Primordial Sound Meditation, Personal Training, Sound Healing & Group Fitness.

My teaching style is a reflection of my learnings from my time training on both coasts. From my West Coast teachers, I learned about smart sequencing and meaningful messaging. From my East Coast teachers, I developed a love for musicality and mapping movement to music.
