BronCore Fitness is excited to introduce the most epic workout class Boston has ever seen…the BronCore Quad Effect.
Grab a Sharpie and block off Sunday, December 2nd (2018) in your calendar to join four of the most experienced & kickass instructors this side of the Mississippi. This legendary workout will be a four phase sweat sesh, starting at 10am sharp and going until about 11:45am with small breaks in between each phase.
What will the workout be like?
Phase one: The QUAD EFFECT starts with the award winning HIIT kick boxing workout known as Kick It By Eliza with our girl Sam Aho, a woman NOT to be messed with! She knows how to BRING IT and is ready and waiting to KICK IT! 👊🏼
Phase two: Our workout Wouldn’t be a BronCORE event without a serious CORE phase… and that’s why we brought in our big guns aka core mastahhh Antonio Aniello to put you through his version of Classic Mat Pilates for your dream six pack 🤯
Phase three: Third up… you ready to get down and dirty!? Because Bron Volney is gonna ramp it up with his signature BronCore BOOTCAMP … sand bags included . Can you say BURRRN!?… 🔥😏
Phase four: We will cap off this fitness saga by limbering you up through a phase of Vinyasa Yoga with our star yoga instructor Sarah White. We will Relax, catch our breath and cool down as she leads us through the Finale of the QUAD EFFECT.
